Company has license for building housing and commercial objects on its own territory. To realize project company doesn’t have enough budgets, long-term credits are needed or investments from companies desiring to share holding the project. Single-floor ferroconcrete industrial structures on 10,5 thousand square kilometers, useful height of the buildings no less than 6 meters.
